The Week After on Dr Who

Next Week on Doctor Who...

An image of a young child running down a leafy forest path in the last light of day, a voice over from a teenage boy announcing, "Kids have been disappearing all over the place. A bunch will vanish from one part of the country, then all of a sudden it starts up somewhere else."

The Doctor and Rose stand in a field at the edge of the woods, a reverse in camera showing the point-of-view of something watching them from deep within the trees, while Rose asks, "How d'you know it's not just some loony with a knife?"

"A human would leave behind traces... this thing leaves behind none." The Doctor responds while an obscenely tall figure in a suit fades into the shadows behind a farmhouse by the forest, its face unseen.

A terrified child stares out their window and whispers to the Doctor, "We don't want to go with it - but it tells us if we don't, it'll eat us up."

Rose crawls backwards along the dirty ground as a shadow looms over her, her voice-over asking in shock, "Well why didn't it kill me?!"

A little boy walks like a zombie towards the woods, two absurdly long hands reaching out from the darkness of the tree-line towards him, the Doctor's voice urgently announcing "It's only after the children!"

A little girl cowers in the corner of her bedroom and screams as a pale, long fingered hand reaches down from a slender silhouette in her window...
